We ship internationally!
Once shipped, your order will take between one to two weeks to get to you. Due to COVID-19 safety restrictions this estimate may vary. We are not responsible for delays incurred after shipment of the order.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at fleuracademy@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Pre-order means that you are ordering the item before it is available or there is very low inventory. Additionally you place the order with the understanding that the product(s) will be shipped later.
Once your order is placed please allow up to 2 weeks processing time. If there are any changes to this processing time you will receive an email with the relevant information.
Returns and exchanges

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.
When making a purchase, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive.
Yes. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.
